Multiple sticks are nothing new these days, but they have increasingly become essentials for those who need to get glam on the go. And with the recent launch of Milk’s makeup line, I was curious to see what the hype was all about since it flew off the shelves faster than retailers could keep up with. So as soon as I spotted a few of the sticks on UrbanOutfitters.com, I immediately clicked “Add to Cart.” And once I got my hands on it, I shared my take on the stick on Snapchat.
So what makes Milk’s any different for everything else on the shelves? Quite simply, it’s the formula. While most multiples have a relatively creamy texture, it can come across more like a paste upon application. But thanks to the infusion of avocado oil, mango seed butter, and sunflower seed wax, Milk’s mixture instantly melts when it comes into contact with skin. It not only makes the product much easier to build coverage and blend, but it also adds a dewy finish that doesn’t feel sticky and helps hydrate your skin! Not to mention the sheer, feminine hues that flatter a large range of skin shades, though you may have to build up the product to see more of the pigment on darker tones.
This has already become one of my commuter beauty staples, and I’m sure it will become one of yours.
